How Our Shipping Works
Our commitment is to provide you with the best valued products at the best price. We value you as our customer, so we offer Free Ground shipping to the lower 48 states and Canada from our facility in North East Florida.
We do ship to the UK as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Just place your order in the cart and before you check out it will give you the cost to ship to your area.
We ship all packages free ground with UPS and bulk orders are sent freight; we will decided which way to ship your order for you to receive your package the fastest according to the weight and size of the order. If you choose to expedite your package it will ship UPS as well. We understand that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Here is the explanation of how our shipping works:
NOTE: Holiday seasons and Inclement Weather is something we nor the shipping company can control, therefore, all orders placed during severe weather (whether here with us, your hometown, or even en route to you) or Holiday seasons may not arrive as promised; this DOES include expedited shipping. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipping which does not arrive on time due to any inclement weather or holiday seasons even if expedited. However, please understand we are in sunny Florida so your order will be shipped out as promised below depending on the shipping you choose. We just cannot control delivery once it leaves us. When ordering you checked you understand these terms when placing the order. UPS will not refund us money for orders not arriving on time during severe weather or holiday seasons.
NO refunds for orders who paid for expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd day, and 3 day select) are NOT guaranteed December 15-January 1, there will be no refunds given for orders paying for expedited during this time, therefore we cannot issue a refund on items not arriving during severe weather or holiday season, even if expedited. We do appreciate your understanding this.
Holiday season is Thanksgiving through end of December each year.
We follow UPS Shipping and Holiday schedule click here to view the holiday schedule. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, do not count those days in movement or delivery of your order.
We strive to ship in-stock orders received Monday – Friday by 9AM EST within 1 to 2 business days.
[Note: "In Stock" is NOT determined by our website. All orders are processed which are on the website; orders are determined in stock daily by our warehouse. If an order is not in stock in the warehouse when it comes back in stock it will shipped the following business day after the item(s) are back in stock.
All orders not being expedited will be filled in a first come first serve basis, therefore, if an order does not ship the same day it will ship within the next two business days. All orders placed by 9 AM EST are filled in the following order: Overnight, 2nd day air, 3 day select, in stock orders going ground. Any orders going ground that are not able to be filled on the same day they are ordered will be shipped within the next 1 to 2 business days. [Business days are Monday-Friday]
NOTE: You also cannot count the day as ordered or the day the package was picked up by the shipping company as a shipping day since the order rides around in the shipping truck and is processed by the shipping company in the evening.
In-stock orders received after 9AM EST will ship within the next 1 to 2 business days. However, if you need an order to go out sooner please call us at 888-584-1112 and we will gladly see if we can help you.
In-stock orders placed on Friday after 9AM EST, during the weekend, holidays or UPS observed holidays will ship on Monday [If Monday falls on a holiday it will ship within the next two business day.] If you need assistance or have questions please feel free to call 888-584-1112.
Orders not in-stock [determined daily by our warehouse not our website] will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Special order brackets will ship within 5 business days.
Bulk Orders:
-Orders with brackets totaling over 20 will ship within 5 business days going freight or UPS. Then allow 3-5 additional business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Do not count weekends or day it ships as shipping day. To be safe allow 2 weeks time frame from order time to delivery time.
-Orders with brackets totaling over 50 will ship within 5-7 business days going freight or UPS. Then allow 3-6 additional business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Do not count weekends or day it ships as shipping day. To be safe allow 2 weeks time frame from order time to delivery time.
Note: large bulk orders over 150 brackets and those having to go on a pallet or multiple pallets for freight do not have free shipping in place. Orders placed as a bulk orders will have a separate invoice for freight shipping sent to the customer according to the current freight rates. Allow 5-7 business days, shipping time, on Bulk orders.
Expedited Shipping:
In addition to Ground Shipping we offer expedited services for your convenience, however, this will be a charge for the customer according to the current UPS shipping rates. For those who choose to pay for expedited shipping please make sure you look at the UPS estimated map below as well as understand our shipping criteria stated on this page. Expedited is sent UPS.
Please note: The day your order is picked up from us is not counted as a day of shipping. UPS, USPS and freight starts counting shipping days the next business day after they pick up an item from our warehouse. If an item is picked up on a Friday the shipping company does not start counting shipping days until Monday [or next business day if Monday is a holiday for shipping company].
UPS and freight does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days because they do not deliver on those days. No orders will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Do not count Saturday or Sunday as part of your shipping days.
Free Ground shipping is only to the lower 48 US States and Canada. We do ship to the UK, Alaska and Hawaii. Just place your order in the cart and the shipping info will be given to you before you place the order. Expedited shipping includes Next Day Air, 2nd day air, and 3 day select by UPS.
All expedited orders received before 9 AM EST have first priority shipping off our manufacturer line.
If you choose Next Day Air your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock in order for you to receive your package by the end of the next day. Note: orders placed on a Friday by 9 AM EST will be received on Monday. This applies to in stock items only [In stock is determined by our warehouse not by the website.] [If Monday is a holiday it will be received the next business day. Saturday and Sundays are not business days for UPS].
If you choose 2nd Day Air your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock in order for you to receive your package by the end of the day in 2 business days.

If you choose 3 Day Select your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock in order for you to receive your package by the end of the day in 3 business days.

Note: If UPS or USPS causes a delay in shipment we ARE NOT responsible to refund that shipping cost to you. We will work to get the money back for you from the shipping company but please know this takes several months because the shipping company does all they can to not refund your money, however we will work to do all we can to get the money back for you.
