How Our Shipping Works
Our commitment is to provide you with the best-valued products at the best price. We value you as our customer, so we offer Free Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states and Canada from our facility in North East Florida.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the UK. Once you place your order in the cart, it will give you the cost to ship to your area before you check out.
Once the best way to ship your order is determined, according to the weight and size of the order, we will ship it to you using Free Ground Shipping with UPS. All our bulk orders are sent via freight. If you choose to expedite your package it will ship through UPS as well. We understand that getting your items on time is important to you, so we process your order swiftly.
We strive to ship in-stock orders received Monday – Friday by 2 PM EST on the same day. Orders not in stock will ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Business days are Monday-Friday
Note: “In Stock” is determined daily by our warehouse, not by what’s listed on our website. If an order is not in stock in the warehouse when ordered, when it comes back in stock, it will ship the following 1 to 2 business days. Special order brackets not in stock when ordered will ship within 5 business days once it’s back in stock.
All orders not being expedited will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If an order does not ship the same day, it will ship within the next 2 business days. All orders placed by 2 PM EST are filled in the following order: Overnight, 2nd-day air, 3-day select, in-stock orders using ground shipping. Any orders using ground shipping that are not able to be filled on the same day they are ordered will be shipped within the next 1 to 2 business days.
The day that you placed your order and the day the shipping company picks up your package does NOT count as a shipping day since the order still has to be processed by the shipping company that evening.

In-stock orders received on Friday after 2 PM EST, during the weekend, holidays or UPS observed holidays will ship on Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday it will ship within the next two business days. If you need assistance or have questions please feel free to call 888-584-1112.
All expedited orders received before 9 AM EST have first priority shipping off our manufacturer line.
UPS and freight do not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days because they do not deliver on those days. No orders will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Bulk Orders:
-Orders with 20 to 49 brackets will usually ship within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. To be safe allow a 2-week time frame from order time to delivery time.
-Orders with 50 or more brackets will ship within 5 - 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. To be safe allow a 2-week time frame from order time to delivery time.
Large bulk orders over 150 brackets and those having to go on a pallet or multiple pallets for freight may not have free shipping in place. Orders placed as bulk orders will have a separate invoice for freight shipping sent to the customer according to the current freight rates. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping time on Bulk orders.
Expedited Shipping:
In addition to Ground Shipping, we offer expedited services for your convenience. There will be an additional charge for this service. Customers will be charged according to the current UPS shipping rates. For those who choose to pay for expedited shipping please make sure you look at the UPS estimated map as well as understand our shipping criteria stated on this page.
If your shipping day falls on a holiday, the delivery day will be postponed 1 day.
Next Day Air: Your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock for you to receive your package by the end of the next day. Orders placed on a Friday by 9 AM EST will be received on Monday. This applies to in-stock items only
2nd Day Air: Your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock for you to receive your package by the end of the day in 2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday by 9 AM EST will be received on Tuesday. If Tuesday is a holiday it will be received the next business day.
3-Day Select: Your order must be received by 9 AM EST and in stock for you to receive your package by the end of the day in 3 business days. Orders placed on a Friday by 9 AM EST will be received on Wednesday. If Wednesday is a holiday it will be received the next business day.
All expedited orders not received by 9 AM EST or not in stock, will ship out the next business day. This applies to in-stock items only and does not include bulk orders over 20 brackets!
What to remember when choosing Expedited Shipping:
1) Orders must be in stock
2) No bulk orders unless approved prior [bulk orders are orders over 20 items]
3) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
4) Your order must be received by 9 AM EST to ship that day.
5) UPS DOES NOT count Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays as shipping days. You also cannot count the day you ordered the product as a shipping day since the order rides around in the shipping truck and is processed in the evening.

NOTE: If UPS or USPS causes a delay in shipment we ARE NOT responsible for refunding that shipping cost to you. We will work to get the money back for you from the shipping company but please know this takes several months because the shipping company does all they can to not refund your money.
NOTE: We do our best to make sure that your order arrives as promised. Holiday seasons and Inclement Weather are something we nor the shipping company can control. All orders placed during severe weather (whether here with us, in your hometown, or even en route to you) or holiday seasons may not arrive as promised. THIS INCLUDES EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipping that do not arrive on time due to inclement weather or during the holiday seasons even if expedited. When ordering, you checked you understand these terms when placing the order. This is a UPS policy and not an Original Granite Bracket policy.
