Purchases
All orders placed through the site are subject to The Original Granite Bracket™ acceptance, which shall be at its sole discretion. Without limitation, The Original Granite Bracket™ may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, The Original Granite Bracket™ shall issue a full credit to your credit card account.

Though we do all we can to help in any way possible, if for some reason your bracket(s) do not the advice or suggestions provided do not correct the issue with the application of your The Original Granite Bracket™ product, the customer is still responsible to pay for shipping of the returned items. The Original Granite Bracket™ assumes no liability for any advice or suggested provided over the phone or via email. Each customer accepts such disclaimer prior to seeking advice or suggestions. We do our best to help but are not there to see the application of the product for which the advice or suggestion is sought. Therefore, we highly suggest the customer take all steps necessary to ensure the proper application of The Original Granite Bracket™ product. This includes consulting with a licensed professional contractor or installer or relying on such professional to perform the installation.

Shipping
Please include your phone number and any applicable apartment number so that our carrier will be able to deliver your purchases. All orders are sent UPS or freight company depending on the size and weight of the order. Please note we do not reenter shipping address. The address you supplied with your order is exactly how it is printed for the shipping label. You take a responsibility to check your address and your email for correct information and contact us before an item ships. Sales tax will apply when shipping to Florida addresses.
U.S. Charges and Timing
Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method selected. We ship free ground to the lower 48 states. See our shipping policy for complete shipping explanation and how expedited shipping works.
All in-stock items shipping to a U.S. address will ship within 2 business days, regardless of shipping method; however, any orders that are placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding all UPS and/or National Holidays in the USA.
Bulk orders going freight will be sent a separate invoice for shipping at the current freight shipping rate and is not included in free ground shipping even if you choose it when you place the order, a separate invoice will be emailed to cover freight shipping.
What to remember when choosing Free Ground Shipping:
1) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
2) Your order must be received by 11AM EST to ship within 2 business days and is not a bulk order totaling over 10 brackets.
3) UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday or Holidays as days of shipping. You also cannot count the day as ordered or the day the package was picked up by the shipping company as a shipping day since the order rides around in the shipping truck and is processed by the shipping company in the evening.

Refusal of Delivery
If you ordered an item and you refused the item upon delivery and it was safely returned to us, you will be the fee the shipping company charges us to return the package. We are charged when you refuse and item you asked to be delivered. Once the refused order is returned to us it will undergo the same credit process as our "Returns Policy”

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Forty-Five Day Unconditional Guaranty
The Original Granite Bracket™ guarantees all merchandise sold through www.originalgranitebracket.com. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within forty-five (45) days of purchase for a refund minus 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee will be charged if a replacement order is placed within 7 days of obtaining a return authorization number for the original order. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping unwanted products back to us. Read our full Return Policy for complete instructions on returns here before ordering. Placing an order on our website indicates you have read and understand how the shipping and returns policy works.
If you need a replacement you place a new order online for what you need and fill out a Return Authorization Form for the items, you need to return for refund/credit.
To return an item:
-Properly pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box. Note that the returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The Original Granite Bracket™ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns.
-Include the Return Authorization email in the box and write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box. Review our Return Policy for complete instructions.
-Address for the returns and complete instructions will be issued when you fill out the Return Authorization Form, please note returns past the forty-five (45) day cutoff will not receive a return authorization number.
Refunds will be processed upon The Original Granite Bracket™ receipt of the returned merchandise, and any such refunds will not include shipping costs from the original purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.

Additional Important Info:
Steel is a natural material. When welding it together some “pull” will naturally happen. As with all construction, there are no perfect lines or angles. Though we do everything we can to make sure the brackets are as perfect as they can be without compromising the integrity of the steel’s strength, some brackets may not be a perfect line, perfect angle or perfectly level. Therefore, as in most construction, you may have to shim when installing some of the brackets. Note: By purchasing our brackets, you agree to these terms and understanding.
By ordering from this site, you understand that The Original Granite Bracket™ and its employees do everything they can to ship a package out well protected. The Original Granite Bracket™, its parent company, owners or employees cannot be held liable for damages to packages and contents done by the shipping company. By ordering from this site, you further understand that shipping companies may scuff items when they are shipped, and you do not hold The Original Granite Bracket™, its parent company, owners, or employees liable and new product will not be shipped to you for this reason.
By ordering from The Original Granite Bracket™ site you agree to use the brackets you purchase as intended and designed by The Original Granite Bracket™ and follow the installation instructions as stated on its website.
By ordering from The Original Granite Bracket™ you understand you must consult with a contractor, engineer, architect, etc. for your project. The Original Granite Bracket™ and its employees can only lend suggestions, however all installations should be overseen by a professional.
When ordering from The Original Granite Bracket™ you will receive a few emails to the email address you provided including: your receipt for your purchase including an order number, another email with a tracking number, an email upon delivery, and an email to rate how we did with our product and our process. These are emails we cannot unsubscribe our customers from however if you receive any promotional emails from us outside of those listed above in which you no longer wish to receive kindly unsubscribe in the email as it comes and no more will arrive.
By ordering from this site, I have checked the I agree to Terms and Conditions which includes stating I have read fully the item description of the item(s) I have ordered understanding fully how to use the product specifically as the manufacture indicates, including watching any videos on that particular product, read the installations guides, and have read the spec sheets. I have consulted with a contractor, engineer, or architect as to the correct product to use for my application and I fully understand any phone conversations or emails from The Original Granite Bracket™ and its employees is only a suggestion of what bracket(s) to use, as we are not contractors, engineers or architects.
