Description

Invisible Support for Floating Shower Benches

The Original™ Shower Bench Bracket is the perfect concealed support for floating benches or seats in moisture-prone environments like bathrooms and showers. Crafted from Industrial Ribbed Aluminum, this bracket is designed to provide durable, rust-proof support, making it ideal for both interior and exterior installations.

This bracket mounts directly to 2"x4" wood studs within your wall before installing drywall or tile. For maximum stability, ensure the bracket is securely fastened to each 2"x4" stud. If your studs are metal, please refer to the installation video for special instructions.

Note: This bracket is designed to support overhangs ranging from 18" to 26".

The vertical tang of the bracket adds reinforcement by mounting both above and below the horizontal piece, preventing twisting. Once installed, you can finish your wall with the material of your choice, leaving the bracket virtually invisible.

How to Choose the Right Bracket Size:

When determining the length, measure the horizontal piece from tip to tip, remembering that approximately 3" will be inside the wall. For example, if you have a 24" vanity, you would select a 24" bracket—3" will be secured inside the wall, leaving 21" for the overhang and a 3" allowance for the vanity placement.
