The Best!
I got ahold of Joe early afternoon with an urgent overnight request for a few brackets, and he said he could fulfill it. I placed the order and the next day at 10:30am the brackets were onsite - multiple states away. Very, very helpful. We're a commercial GC and use these brackets every time. Thanks again guys!

Perfect timing - Exactly what we needed
Great experience from start to finish - I messed up the first order, emailed immediately to request the delivery be changed to a rush order, then realized a day later I still messed up and didn't order enough brackets - called back, added more brackets to another rush order... Everything was so smooth despite my own errors and the brackets were exactly what we needed (in the right amounts, through no help of mine) - and were super easy to install, even in the tight corner we were working in.

Granite open shelf brackets
Brackets are very sturdy and well made. Came in black and we repainted white. These were 18” brackets. I wanted to be sure it would support the granite so at 200 lbs myself, I sat on each bracket and absolutely no issues. Installed on 1/2 inch Sheetrock wall into 2 x 4 wood studs with 4” #12 stainless screws. Six screws per bracket. Only product I would use to support heavy weight floating granite.

Countertop wall cleat support bracket
Very easy to use, and very sturdy. I would recommend including the instructions for drilling alternate holes right in the package. I had to drill one new hole because of needing to place them on studs for strength, and the pre-drilled holes did not line up with my studs.

I purchased both the Wall cleat and the hidden support bracket for my installation. I appreciated the helpful service I got on the phone before the purchase to make sure I got the right thing. The installation video for the hidden support bracket was very useful for us; I'd have liked a 1-2 minute video on how to install the wall cleat also but I could not find one.
